We currently collect and process the following information:

- photographs of customers and their group members participating in a photoshoot
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you or members of your group for one of the following reasons:
- you or members of your group make an enquiry (either directly or through a third party) about participating in a photoshoot tour;
- you or members of your group are participating in a photoshoot tour.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
- administer you or your group members’ participation in a photoshoot tour including providing you with further information about your photoshoot tour;
- provide you and/or members of your group with information or marketing about our photoshoot tours;
- deliver to you and store photographs of you and members of your group;
- post to our website, our social media and other advertising media photographs of you and members of your group taking part in your photoshoot tour in order to market, demonstrate and advertise our products and services.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) we have a contractual obligation.
(b) we have a legitimate interest.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
Save as provided below we keep personal identifiers (such as name and contact details) for 7 years from the last time in respect of which you purchased services from us so that we can demonstrate the provision of services in the unlikely event of any tax investigation.
If you have not purchased services from us, then we will keep your details for marketing purpose for 3 years.
Save as provided below we may (but do not guarantee) to keep photographs for up to 5 years. This is because if a customer loses photographs, we would wish to be able to send them a link to replacements. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not guarantee to keep photographs beyond 30 days from the date we first provide you with a link to the photographs. This is because we have limited storage space.
Where we post photographs or other personal information to our website or to other social media, this will remain indefinitely on our website (or any replacement thereof) or social media until such time as the website (or any replacement thereof) or the relevant social media account is closed down.
Where we state that we will no longer hold your information or photographs, we dispose of them by deleting them from our any hard drives where they are held and from any cloud storage.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
